Service Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. Anyone found to be using our service who is under 18 will have their account deleted.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any submission you make on our website, this relates to My Profile, My Journal or My Photos / My Adult Photos. We may remove information at our discretion and with no explanation.
You agree to only upload images files, not executable files, viruses or any other file types.
Abuse of Service
If you suspect someone abusing the service and wish to report it, you must provide details of the abuse via our contact
page, by clicking here.
If you abuse our services by breaking any of our Terms & Conditions we have the right to suspend your account or terminate it, with no refund on any purchased upgrades. This is totally at our discretion and without warning depending on the seriousness of the case. You will be informed via email.
Service Rules & General Notes
Your photos on your My Adult Photos page will be displayed only to users with the Adult Upgrade who are registered Facemeet users and of 18 years of age.
You must be 18+ to upload any topless photos. You must not upload photos of other people or topless photos of other people without their permission.
You must be 18+ to buy our Adult Upgrade. No one under 18 is allowed to purchase this upgrade.
Adult Photos may only consist of: Photos dictating swearing, topless poses or photos that suggest sexual nature/poses. No nudity is allowed or any under 18 photos. Any photos deemed inappropiate will be deleted by our staff before being approved, so please do not try and upload them.
Any photos deemed inappropriate will not be approved by us and deleted. We reserve the right to publish the photos you upload and our decision is final.
By using any of the our sites you agree not to copy, aggregate, redistribute, alter, reproduce or re-use for commercial purposes any user's (whether specific to any particular user or as an aggregation) information accessible through any web sites owned by us. "Commercial purposes" can include but is not limited to selling information to third parties; using the data collected to customise users' experiences at a site or network outside of ours; using the data for targeted marketing campaigns not affiliated with us; or using the data to offer services to our users. We reserve the right to take immediate action against any individual or entity participating in any of the prohibited actions mentioned above.
You must not use the email forwarding facility for spamming - we will remove this service from you if we find you are breaking this rule.
You must not 'Spam' other users with messages or chat requests in our chatroom
Under no circumstances will we be liable in anyway for any content, or liable for any loss or damage of any kind as a result of links to other websites that users have submitted in their profiles or have passed out in messages or in our chatrooms.
All services are provided on a 'as-is' basis and we reserve the right to change or remove them at anytime.
You must not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Any such material can be removed with no notice given.
You must not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
You must not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
You must not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
You must not post any obscene or pornographic material of any sort. Any such material will be removed with no notice given.
You will not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.
If you lose your password you may regain it via using our lost password facility. If you can't access the email address anymore that you registered your account with we will not change it. You must keep your email address updated at all times.
Our chatrooms are unmonitored. We are not responsible for the users or content in them. If you are having problems with a user - block them. If they still persist via other methods, report them to us via our contact form by clicking here.
You agree that any information you post on your public pages, such as on your My Profile, My Journal, etc will be readily accessible by anyone using the Internet. If you don't want everybody to know something about you - don't post it!
You agree that all service upgrades bought on your account are not transferable, will last the amount of time they
depict and are non refundable. If you have any problems with services purchased you must contact us
using our online system or email admin@facemeet.com in order for us to provide you support to rectify your problem. If the
problem is deemed at our end we will credit your account accordingly. You may fax us on 08704327814.
Refunds will only be issued on accounts that have not logged on and not used any of the services purchased.
The use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Facemeet and its third party service providers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that (1) the Service will meet your requirements, (2) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (3) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (4) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, (5) that your messages or photos will not be lost, and (6) any errors in the software will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service on our sites are done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any potential damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the our sites, our third party service providers, or through or from the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.
B). No Endorsement of Member Content You acknowledge and agree that the our sites do not endorse the content of any member and are not responsible or liable for any content, even though it may be unlawful, harassing, libellous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that it infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. You acknowledge that the our sites do not pre-screen all content, but that we and our designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, move or remove any content that is publicly available via the service.
C). Limitation of Liability You agree that the Facemeet websites will not be liable for any harms, which lawyers and courts often call direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Facemeet websites have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (1) The use or the inability to use the service; (2) The cost of getting substitute goods and services resulting from any products, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (3) Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (4) Statements or conduct of anyone on the service; or (5) Any other matter relating to the service.
D). Indemnification You agree to protect and fully compensate the Facemeet websites and their service providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of the terms or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.
Purchases by Credit or Debit cards will appear on your statement as "WP-NERANSK". All transactions are processed by WorldPay Plc who process all details securely and will be handled with confidentiality. Facemeet does not store any details of your purchase request other than your username and transaction number.

Why we need your information
When you join our site, we ask you information which relates only to your Facemeet profile. This information is used only for your public profile.
Why we ask you to register

We need you to register on our site to provide you with a unique identification to allow you to login and control what is on your profile and to allow others to view your profile.
What we do with your information
We store your information on our servers for as long as you keep your account active. As soon as you cancel your Facemeet account we delete all records of your account from our system (apart from any financial transactions which we need to keep by law). All messages, photos, journal entries or anything else will be deleted.
Sharing of your information
We do not share your information with third parties, we are members of the Data Protection Act 1998 and adhere to their rules on storing consumer information. We will only share your details if approached by relevant law authorities only if required legally under European Law.
Sale of information
We do not sell your information to any third parties.
Collection of other information
We automatically collect certain information from you but this is non personal information, such as which country you are accessing our site from, what browser and operating system you are using and what pages you visit. This information is used by us to help provide a better service to you in future updates of the website.
Cookies
Cookies are needed to use the Facemeet site. This helps us keep track of who is logged in and allows you to update your account and profile. Clicking 'Log Out' at the end of your session will remove the cookie from your computer - this is important if you are using a shared computer or a computer that is not your own (such as in an Internet Cafe or a Library)
Payment Technology
We use a third party to provide all our payment processing. They have use 128bit encryption which you will see is active by little padlock in the bottom right hand side of the payment window. They pass all your payment details directly onto the processing bank and we do not store or see at anytime your credit or debit card details, we do also not see or store your Paypal or Nochex login or passwords.
